Oleg Tishkevich is the founder and CEO of Invent®, a leading cloud-enabling software development firm. Prior to founding Invent®, Tishkevich founded Finance Logix, a next generation financial planning software company which sold to Envestnet in 2015.

Finance Logix has pioneered an engaging mobile planning app Retire Logix that was named Best Money Move by Money magazine and voted number one mobile app for advisors. At Finance Logix, Tishkevich led the development team that delivered custom firm-wide solutions for companies such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Assetmark, Janney Montgomery Scott and other major firms.

Tricia Higson is the Chief Administrative Officer of Invent®, where she oversees the Project Management Office, Human Resources, Accounting, General Administration along with outside legal counsel supporting the innovative Technology, Security, Operations, Sales and Marketing offices.

With over a decade of experience in the wealth management industry, Ms. Higson serves Invent® by leveraging the expertise and relationships built over time in some of the largest banking and investment firms in the industry, a former Trust Administrative Officer, Business Support Manager, Financial Advisor and Private Banker. She is a past President of Altrusa Lewisville dedicated to local community outreach, past LEAN In Dallas-Board of Directors Officer and recipient of the Maryland State Governor’s Citation for Volunteerism.

Larry Roth is a Chief Financial Strategy officer at Invent® responsible for aligning growth planning, investment banking, corporate strategy, and strategic relationships with Invent® to drive accelerated expansion of the company.

Larry also serves as a Managing Partner of RLR Strategic Partners, where he works closely with senior management teams, boards of directors and advisory boards across the wealth management space to deliver high-impact strategic growth plans, as well as plan execution support.

Mike Perlov CISSP is leading the team of over 40+ technology experts at Invent® that have successfully implemented large scale cloud-native solutions enabling the firm to assist clients on a vast scale with speed to market.

Prior to joining Invent® Mike successfully delivered the cloud-native security solution for Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics leading the IT security efforts as a Chief Security Expert on the project.

Ryan Reineke, currently the COO of Invent®, and formerly the Chief Operating and Technology Officer of Cambridge Investment Research. He was solely responsible for architecting and delivering business enabling features and later he added Operations and Supervision to his responsibility by aligning the business and supervisory processes with the technology offering. Initial projects included building a custom CRM, integrations with FileNet and 3rd party workflow for account paperwork processing as well as delivery of custom compensation reporting toolset that was an overlay across another 3rd party processing tool.

Cameron Sheehan is the Chief Revenue Officer at Invent® responsible for expanding sales strategy, sales operations, investor relations and client retention.

Prior to joining Invent® Cameron served in leadership roles at Addepar, Envestnet and BNY Mellon helping to grow SaaS based solutions created for financial professionals.

Peter Franco, Vice President of Product Management for the broker-dealer channel at Invent®, oversees the digital wealth management platform's vision, strategy, and execution. Over his 15+ years in wealth management, Peter began in a fin-tech startup focused on Annuity Intelligence before its acquisition by Morningstar Inc. in 2010. He led customer success and product management teams across various products like Morningstar Office, Morningstar Direct, Advisor Workstation, Annuity Intelligence, and the Morningstar TAMP platform. Peter's expertise spans several key areas such as commercial business ownership, customer success, design/UX, and product management leadership. Now, he aims to tackle the industry-wide swivel chair challenge of siloed databases and disjointed user experiences within the financial advisor workflow, leveraging his deep understanding of advisor technology and product management.
